Eligibility: The candidate, who possesses Indian Nationality, with a proof in the form of Nationality Certificate /valid passport, is eligible to appear for AIPGMDET - 2015.
The candidate who has passed final MBBS examination from a recognized Medical College, included in the schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, is eligible.

The candidate who has obtained registration either from the MCI or from authorized State Medical Council after completing one-year compulsory rotating internship.
The candidate who is still undergoing one-year compulsory rotating internship and is likely to complete it by 31st March, 2015, will be permitted to appear at the AIPGMDET - 2015. His / Her selection will be subject to completion of compulsory rotating internship of one year and registration before 15th April, 2015. He/she will have to submit documentary evidence from the Principal/Dean of the College regarding the anticipated date of completion of internship along with the application, failing which, his/her application shall be rejected.
If a candidate who does not fulfill any or all the above requirements or fails to pay the fees at the time of counseling he/she will not be considered eligible for admission irrespective of his/her appearing for AIPGMDET - 2015 examination & securing a rank in the merit list.
A NRI/PIO/FN candidate, who has passed the MBBS or equivalent examination from a College outside India, shall be eligible for the admission, provided he/she obtains registration from the Medical Council of India (MCI). Candidate under this category is not required to appear for AIPGMDET-2015. Admissions will be made on the basis of inter-se merit as determined by admission committee appointed for the purpose by the Competent Authority

A recent photograph, without cap or goggles, taken within last six months should be pasted on the application form. Do not staple the Photographs.
Forward the Application Form (duly filled in) along with necessary documents and a Demand Draft of Rs. 3,750/- drawn on any nationalized Bank, in favour of 'The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth' payable at Pune.
Send the Application forms mentioning over the envelop "APPLICATION FORM FOR AIPGMDET-2015" addressed to The Registrar, Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, Sant Tukaram Nagar, Pimpri, Pune, Maharashtra-411018
On Receipt of Application Form along with a DD of requisite amount, the Information Brochure will be dispatched at your given address.
The Information Brochure Serial Number shall be your Application Form Number for further correspondence, if any.

Admit Card
The Admit Card will be made available on the University website, One week before the Entrance Test.
Issue of Admit Card is just an enabling provision for appearing AIPGMET-2015 and does not imply that the candidate satisfies all the requirements of eligibility for the admission.

Form number & date of birth is mandatory field for downloading admit card.
Form number, to the downloaded form, shall be allotted by Vidyapeeth on its arrival & scrutiny and shall be communicated through e-mail.
Admission Procedure
Candidate should obtain 50% or more marks at AIPGMDET - 2015 to qualify for admission.
The provisional selection for the General Seats in the Post Graduate Courses will be done on the basis of merit in All India Post Graduate Medical Entrance Test (AIPGMDET - 2015)-cum-preference given by the candidate
When all the Seats in a given Course are filled admission of students to that Course will instantaneously cease and Dr. D. Y. Patil Vidyapeeth, Pune, will not be responsible for non-availability of seats and non allotment of seats to rest of the candidates.

Note: An incomplete Application Form which is not accompanied by a D. D. of prescribed fee shall not be entertained & processed. This fee shall not be sent by Money Order. Please note that Fees (Form Fee and Test Fee) are non-refundable.
